Exchange, Return & Refund

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Items

Please note that due to hygiene concerns, certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Kindly double check that the items you wish to return, exchange or refund does not fall under this list.

• Innerwear items such as; Socks, Tights, Compression Stocking, Mouthguard, blister pads and bandages.
• Any consumable item that contains liquid or powder.
• Items on sales promotion cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless defective.

Reasons for Exchange

• Wrong size was bought, & wish to exchange for the right size (only if stock is still available)
• Item received is different from actual item ordered
• Defective items
• Product with missing items

How to Exchange

Exchanges are only available for size and within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the exchange of the item.

You shall bear full responsibility in ensuring that the parcel is mailed back and sealed properly to our office at 81 Tagore Lane #01-15 TAG A, Singapore (787502).

Returned items must be in brand new condition and with its original packaging.

The exchange of the item(s) will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your returned items.

If the reason for exchange is due to our error on your order, kindly send us an email at customersvc@playitright.com.sg with a snapshot of the defective area / item and we will bear the cost of the return.

Reasons and Requirement for Refund/Return

Please ensure that your item fulfills the conditions below and is not stated in the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items.

• Item received is different from actual item ordered
• Defective items
• Product with missing items
• Within 14 days of receipt
• Product is unworn, unwashed and unaltered
• Tags intact with its original packaging

How to Return

You may choose to return your items by mail or drop them off at our office at 81 Tagore Lane #01-15 TAG A, Singapore (787502).

Returned items must be in brand new condition with its original packaging and within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return/refund of the item.

We will only process the refund once we receive your returned items.

Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, the item will be refunded back to you less the delivery fee. Your order will be considered cancelled.

Refunds Process

Refunds are issued via the following methods.

Once your refund has been processed at PLAYITRIGHT's end, you will receive an email notification from us.

Please note:

• PLAYITRIGHT reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.
• Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
• Refund period is dependent on the terms and conditions of the credit card from your issuing bank.
